Learn how to create a wholesome and delicious week of meals with three proteins and whole fruits and vegetables.
If you want to learn how to plan your meals for the week using simple ingredients while eliminating food waste, this comprehensive class designed by Chef Carolina is perfect for you. Chef Carolina will provide you with techniques and concepts to seamlessly execute a balanced meal plan.
You'll work through part of the menu with Carolina, learning fundamental skills by creating dishes like fresh and filling quinoa porridge with juicy berries, zesty cilantro and lime seared cod, tender grilled flank steak, and more. When the class is complete, you'll receive the recipes to develop the rest of the meals at home with your newly acquired chef skills!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Carolina graduated from the Art Institute and The Institute of Natural Food, and worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years. She has been surrounded by good food all of her life — her mother and grandmother were always in the kitchen cooking, and she learned many secrets to authentic ethnic Mexican food from them. This has been Chef Carolina's inspiration for creating menus full of natural, unprocessed foods.
