Fine dining Asian-style provides a gourmet workshop brimming with chic flavor.

Learn to make an exquisite selection of Asian dishes in the hands-on cooking class for chefs of all skill levels. Chef Carole takes your understanding of traditional cuisine to elegant heights thanks to thoughtful touches and a few contemporary twists.

Work with an array of savory elements to wrap your own handcrafted steamed pork and shrimp wontons. In addition, you will learn recipes for several Asian dipping sauces: spicy chili, soy vinegar and ginger scallion. Finally, you will prepare authentic black sesame filled mochi mooncakes adorned with gold leaf for dessert. Book this dumpling class today!

My brother and I took our mom and Auntie out for their first private cooking lesson! Easily one of the most memorable experiences! Chef Carole is a woman who's lived many lives and has great stories to tell The food was well planned and organized - she provided all the necessary ingredients, set up, tools. The night went super smooth. Her kitchen set up provides a fun and intimate environment - it's set up and made for cooking so this creates a great atmosphere. There was a lot of simple and small techniques that I believe anyone can utilize, regardless of cooking skills. The real plus however was getting to know Chef Carole. Nothing could prepare any of us for the stories and experiences she shared. It felt like we had a celebrity chef teaching us! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING TIME WITH HER She is a person you'll be telling all your friends about!

This was my first cooking class with Cozymeal and it did not disappoint! It was hands down the best cooking class Iâ€™ve ever attended. Carole is an amazing host and teacher. We made Vietnamese spring rolls, Korean glass noodle stir fry and Thai sticky mango rice. My daughter and I learned about a variety of chef knives, how to hold chop sticks, food presentation, best ingredients and so much more. My favorite part was peeling a mango. The atmosphere was welcoming and super positive with an artsy vibe. Carole is an inspiring, passionate and creative culinary artist. Bottom lineâ€¦so much fun. Take the class!

This experience was amazing. Chef Carole was very warm and a great teacher. This was my first cooking class and I learned so much, such as differences in knives, how to cut uniform vegetable, layer flavors, and general tips on better and more efficient cooking! It was really the conversations we had with Chef Carole that made this so special. This would be a great gift to anyone or for yourself!

I chose this class for my wife's birthday. We've always wanted to know how to make mango sticky rice and wanted to figure out why our spring rolls were bad. She gave us an introduction to her self with soup dumplings, bao buns and wontons which was lovely. She introduced things at a good pace, and kept things informative talking about the differences in cooking style for each of the dishes. She was understanding, helpful and for me gave me confidence to do more in the kitchen. Both me and my wife deeply enjoyed her class and her company.

Date night, check! Our cooking class with Chef Carole felt like having dinner at the home of a friend â€” only weâ€™d never met before. We learned better knife techniques, the proper way to flavor layer a stir fry, and how to skin a mango (you need a glass), and then shared an incredible meal. Such a great experience â€” and gift!
