Next, master the art of ratatouille, featuring a vibrant mix of eggplant, tomatoes, peppers and zucchini infused with Provençale herbs. You’ll also prepare a fluffy omelette and poached eggs, followed by delicate crêpes, filled with your choice of jam for dessert. A friend and I booked a flambé class through Cozymeal with Chef Emmanuelle, and the evening instantly became a highlight of our Las Vegas weekend. We are both experienced cooks, but still left with some great insights on how to improve our cooking. Chef Emmanuelle takes the fussiness out of cooking, and makes it simple yet sophisticated. We had a blast and had a great time chatting with her after we finished cooking - she has a wealth of information and clearly loves sharing her passion with her guests.
