WHAT YOU’LL DO

Craft a pie that combines the best flavors of autumn in every slice.
Dive into this cooking class and get ready to roll up your sleeves to create a true showstopper! Participants will craft a delicious filling that seamlessly marries the flavors of pumpkin and pecan. You'll also learn essential techniques for creating a flaky, golden pie crust that will have everyone asking for seconds. Once finished, you’ll leave with your pie assembled in a stylish 9.5" pie dish, ready to bake or chill for later.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The “French Bistro “ class was excellent. Chef Sam was knowledgeable and entertaining. The menu was delicious. The kitchen classroom was bright, spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend this hands-on class and intend to sign up for additional classes.
