WHAT YOU’LL DO

This communal classic is fantastic for weekend dinners with family and friends.
Discover the magic of preparing your own sumptuous paella in an engaging cooking class that simplifies the process. Follow along as your capable instructor shows you authentic methods for making spicy sofrito and crispy soccorat-layered rice. Then, combine your bases with proteins and vegetables and conjure up a most memorable dish.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
