WHAT YOU’LL DO

Unfold Mediterranean cuisine through classic Greek recipes.
Dive into the vibrant flavors of Greek cuisine in a hands-on cooking class. Learn to create authentic Mediterranean dishes from a five-star professional chef in an engaging environment.

Start with homemade pita and hummus. For the main dish craft a hearty moussaka with beef, eggplant and potatoes simmered in red wine and topped with a creamy Béchamel sauce. End class with a classic Greek treat of baklava for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Your Menu

Hummus and Pita
With chickpeas, olive oil, tahini, cumin and flour

With beef, eggplant, potatoes, red wine, tomato and Béchamel sauce

I had the pleasure of attending a private cooking class with chef Tracy recently. l'd have to say that I'm more than happy that I did. From the initial meeting, my party and I were greeted with chef Tracy's infectious joy. The meal of choice that we chose was Indian cuisine. This meal including the following: •Naan bread •Hummus with chickpeas, tahini and olive oil •Chicken Tikka Masala with spices •Basmati Rice with lentils, turmeric, tomatoes and cilantro & cauliflower. Collectively, l'd have to rate our experience with chef Tracy a 10/10 unforgettable time. Her knowledge of cooking, knack for health conscious choices, use of unique spices & her enthusiasm for educating others is ultimately something that should be shared with others. Whether you're looking for a fun date night experience or to elevate your cooking skills, definitely do yourself a favor and book.
