WHAT YOU’LL DO

Step into a culinary adventure that celebrates the rich traditions of French cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. This class focuses on transforming everyday ingredients into sophisticated dishes through masterful techniques such as caramelizing and pan-roasting. The grand finale features a classic dessert: pears flambÃ©ed with cognac, elegantly accompanied by freshly whipped crÃ¨me fraÃ®che.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
