Cooking Class - Discover Autumn In Morocco

What You’ll Do

Explore the seasonal delights of Moroccan food in a hands-on cooking class.

Combining influences from Spanish, Middle-Eastern and African cuisines, Moroccan food is a delicious blend of ingredients which you’ll discover in this cooking class. Start by preparing a chicken tagine, named after the cone-shaped pot it’s cooked in, and side dishes of carrot salad and couscous infused with aromatic spices. Finish the evening with M'hencha, a swirled phyllo pastry filled with almond paste.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
