What You'll Do

Practice hands-on cooking focused on seasonal, shareable dishes.

Bring bright seasonal flavor to the table in this hands-on cooking class in Carmel (Indianapolis). With guidance from Chef Randy or a resident chef, you’ll make lemon marinated lamb skewers with yogurt herb sauce, harissa glazed carrots and jeweled basmati rice pilaf. You’ll learn skills like marinating for tenderness, balancing heat and spice and timing sides so everything comes together smoothly in this cooking class in Carmel (Indianapolis). Finish with roasted strawberry ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
