WHAT YOU’LL DO

A Hands-On Journey into Mediterranean and Levantine Cuisine
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll discover the vibrant flavors of Mediterranean and Levantine cuisine. Your chef instructor will guide you through preparing a delicious menu. You'll learn the art of seasoning succulent chicken with aromatic za'atar, a traditional Middle Eastern spice blend. You'll also use fresh produce, zesty citrus and fresh herbs to create delicious sides. For dessert, you'll make a smooth and creamy custard from scratch, using pistachio milk.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by!
