WHAT YOU’LL DO

From Simplicity to Exquisite Flavors
In this immersive class dive into the beloved French culinary tradition, where the stunning simplicity of ingredients gives rise to dishes with complex, exquisite flavors. Embark on a journey to craft iconic French dishes, mastering techniques such as pan-roasting, caramelizing and sautéing. You'll end with a decadent dish of pears, flambéed with cognac and elegantly topped with freshly whipped crème fraîche, leaving your palate enchanted by the essence of France.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by!
