WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to make an Italian-style menu.
A wonderful Italian dining experience awaits you in this practical cooking class. Learn the secrets behind a selection of beloved Italian dishes, including cavatappi pasta paired with pecorino cheese made from sheep's milk. A top-rated chef will also teach you how to sear scallops to perfection, topped with a delicious herby gremolata. For dessert, you'll prepare and savor a decadent chocolate-hazelnut-covered donut.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
