WHAT YOU’LL DO

Hand craft a selection of pumpkin flavored desserts.
During this pumpkin-focused, hands-on cooking class, you'll explore cooking with unique flavors. A seasoned chef will guide you through crafting sweet, pumpkin based dishes that highlight the versatility of this seasonal fruit. You'll learn how to prepare and bake an impressive pumpkin soufflé and a pumpkin flavored ice cream that you can appreciate. Don't miss out on this autumnal culinary experience!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
