WHAT YOU’LL DO

Unleash your inner chef and explore delicious Italian cuisine.
Savor the rich culinary traditions of Northern Italy in this immersive cooking class. As you work through a curated menu, you'll capture the essence of the region. You'll make an incredible Osso Bucco using veal shanks, a savory polenta made with mascarpone cheese and garlic. Finish with a classic Italian dessert that highlights the best of Northern Italian flavors with strawberries and amaretti cookies.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
