Explore the bold flavors and traditional techniques of South America in this vibrant cooking class. You'll delve into creating succulent grilled flank steak with a zesty Peruvian salsa, and savor the sweetness of grilled corn topped with spicy chile, lime, and creamy cotija cheese. Experience the joy of making authentic Salvadoran pupusas, and finish with a luscious dessert featuring creamy dulce de leche. This cooking class is a journey through South American cuisine that will ignite your culinary passions.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
