WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover the secrets to crafting perfect gnocchi and elevate your Italian cooking game.
Master the art of gnocchi with this cooking class, where you'll learn to create tender, pillowy pasta from scratch. Explore the nuances of traditional potato gnocchi with rich brown butter and sage, as well as delicate gnocchi gnudi paired with creamy hazelnut pesto and goat cheese. You’ll also delve into semolina gnocchi topped with a savory tomato sauce and olives. Perfect for expanding your Italian cooking repertoire and impressing at your next dinner party.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
