WHAT YOU’LL DO

Celebrate the essence of early fall with a seasonal menu full of vibrant flavors.
Explore the vibrant flavors of early fall as you create seasonal delights during this cooking class. Embrace the freshness of basil-marinated steak paired with a zesty orange gremolata, and enjoy a summer tomato and parmesan tart that captures the essence of the season. Learn to balance earthy sautéed spinach with white beans and pine nuts, and end with a delightful lemon polenta cake that perfectly complements the fall harvest. Savor the tastes of the season and elevate your culinary skills.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
