WHAT YOU’LL DO

Unlock the secrets to crafting buttery, perfect croissants in this hands-on baking adventure.
Crafting perfect French croissants in this cooking class. Discover how to create flaky, buttery layers from scratch and explore the nuances of making a classic croissant dough. You'll also learn to fill and bake delectable treats, such as savory jambon and gruyère croissants and indulgent pain au chocolat. Whether you're a seasoned baker or a novice, this class will elevate your pastry skills and transport you to a charming Parisian bakery.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
