You’ll start the class by mastering the preparation of a Greek salad with Feta cheese and Kalamata olives. Later, learn to perfectly sauté colossal shrimps the Tuscan way in a rich butter, garlic and white wine sauce. Finish with a refreshing mixed berry tiramisu, focusing on layering techniques and flavor balance. Our dining experience with Chef Marius was beyond expectation! He was a pleasure to have in our home and he cooked us some amazingly delicious food. The salad was possibly the best salad I've ever had. Can't recommend Chef Marius high enough. You owe it to yourself to give him a try.

Marius went above and beyond to accommodate our intimate engagement party. His food was exquisite, tasty, and beautifully presented. Our small party felt like was hosted by a Michelin restaurant. Additionally, all the products he used were top quality and organic. We couldn't have asked for a better culinary experience. Highly recommended!
