Start with a charcuterie board featuring aged cheeses, olives and a selection of meats like prosciutto and salami all enhanced with smoky flavors. Perfect the technique of smoking BBQ shrimp, ensuring they are succulent and flavorful. Create a smoked mozzarella Caprese salad with arugula, basil, grape tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette. Finish with smoked pineapple skewers, complemented by ginger cookie crumbs and a rich chocolate coating.
