Take a tantalizing trip to the south of France
The perfect French meal awaits you in this engaging cooking class. An expert chef instructor will teach you how to cook beautifully seared chicken breasts flavored with capers, olives and roasted lemons. Plus, you’ll learn to prepare a simple salad and French vinaigrette. To satisfy your sweet tooth, we’ll bake a seasonal tart filled with figs and raspberries drizzled with honey highlighting the cuisines of Provence and the French Riviera.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
