WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover the fresh flavors and traditional techniques of authentic Italian dishes
The diverse flavors of Italian cuisine go far beyond pasta as you'll learn in this interactive cooking class. Join a chef instructor as they guide you through crafting a flavorful Italian salsa verde to complement succulent pork loin chops. Next, creating a refreshing citrus and fennel salad adorned with creamy ricotta salata and so much more.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I did the lobster ravioli class with Chef Megan. It was so fun but still professional. We will definitely doing a class again soon. I recommend this for date night for anyone.
