WHAT YOU’LL DO

Gain confidence in yourself and your culinary abilities with this knife skills class.
A strong foundation of basic skills sets you up for a lifetime of culinary excellence and this cooking class will have you slicing and dicing like a pro in no time. Learn from a chef instructor how to safely and efficiently use a chef's knife to elevate even simple dishes. Clean edges and uniformly sized pieces can be the difference between messy or masterful.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
