Bake an array of sweet and savory pastry treats
This comprehensive cooking class will teach you how to make the perfect pastry. Once you have mastered the art of laminated dough, you will fill your pastries with a variety of sweet and savory toppings. You’ll be sure to impress your future dinner guests with your homemade mille-feuille pastries and palmiers.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
