WHAT YOU’LL DO

Cook a perfect steak together with a South American twist.
Inspired by Latin flavors, this cooking class promises to bring the heat into your kitchen. You’ll be shown how to cook the perfect grilled steak as well as create pupusas and fresh salsa on the side. To end the date with a sweet finish you’ll make a delicious Dulce de Leche ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
