WHAT YOU’LL DO

Bring the taste of the sea right into your home.
This cooking class has been inspired by the tastes of New England. You’ll get hands-on in this culinary experience that will teach you everything you need to know about handling shellfish and pan-frying, to create the tastiest crab cakes. The meal will finish with a sweet fruity dessert to round off the experience.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
