WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to create fresh pasta step-by-step.
Tasty Italian food is made easy in this expert-guided cooking class. Roll up your sleeves and get ready to create the best homemade pasta and seasonal sauce. You’ll be shown how to throw together a delectable farm-fresh salad and finish the meal with wine-poached pears, goat cheese and honey for a sweet end note.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
