What You’ll Do

Primavera becomes a way of life in a session focused on springtime flavor from Italy.

Delight in the beloved culinary traditions of the Old World with an in-person cooking class celebrating the flavors of the Italian spring. From starters and entrees to sides and desserts, your capable instructor will show you how to create a menu you'll be proud to present and eager to enjoy.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The resident chef was informative, enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and fun!! My complaints are that it was very expensive and the food was cold when we ate it. The food was fun to make and we learned a lot.

Fun class! Wished we could have brought wine or had some soft music playing in the background but it was a fun class!
