WHAT YOU’LL DO

A deep dive into advanced baking techniques.
Set your teen up for success in the kitchen with exciting summer cooking classes. This advanced baking class is designed for those aged 12 and above. Attendees will receive detailed hands-on instruction about the basics of baking as well as more in-depth concepts from a five-star professional chef. Mastering skills while having an enriching educational experience will help your teens whip up tasty treats in the kitchen. At the end of the week, participants will leave with a certificate and recipes to keep learning at home.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.
This event is suitable for kids aged 12-17

The class was not led by Monica but by a young 20 year old. He did a good job. The class was good and the food (NY strip steak and frites with arugula salad) was phenomenal. I didn't love that they put you in groups of 4 because we didn't get to participate in everything. All in all it was a nice date.
