Cooking Class - Make Your Own Fresh Sushi Rolls

What You’ll Do

This hands-on cooking class teaches you the art of making restaurant-quality sushi rolls from scratch.

If you love sushi and all the delicious dishes that go along with it, this cooking class is your culinary dream come true! Join Chef William and learn the timeless art of creating a Japanese meal from scratch. You'll start with perfectly seasoned garlic edamame, followed by a lightly seared tuna steak. You'll then craft a "samurai roll" made using spicy crab, avocado, salmon and tuna. Next up is a serving of salmon sliders, made with salmon-wrapped spicy crab. For dessert, you'll whip up a refreshing green tea float.
