Japanese cuisine is the perfect embodiment of delicious simplicity and this cooking class is the best way to experience the beauty of Japanese cooking. The talented Chef William will help you prepare a feast of unique Japanese bites, starting with a Tokyo salad made with fresh vegetables and albacore tuna. You'll then make a light and delicious seared tuna dish paired with a spicy ponzu sauce. Next up is a "ninja roll," made with crab, avocado, tuna and other flavorful fix-ins. A sweet tempura banana serves as a decadent dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
