What You’ll Do

Embrace Japanese cuisine by creating a seafood-forward menu of innovative Japanese dishes from scratch.

This cooking class takes Japanese cuisine to new heights with its creative dishes that blend classic flavors with imaginative presentations. With the engaging Chef William leading the way, you'll kick things off with a crispy offering of tempura green beans. Next, you'll make a "bonzai roll" using avocado, cucumber and yellowtail. Your next dish will be a spicy serving of yellowtail over rice, followed by a delicate display of thinly sliced yellowtail served with cucumber, sesame oil and ponzu sauce. For dessert, you'll make a perfectly indulgent tempura ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
