Learn age-old secrets for turning out some of the finest bread in Italy.
This hands-on cooking class is a culinary celebration of the best baking heritage of the Old World. Chef Jojo leads an interactive session where focaccia becomes the main attraction.
With expert guidance, you'll prepare three distinctly different bakes, all firmly planted in the focaccia tradition. Bake a classic focaccia infused with garlic and rosemary, make a garden focaccia studded with aromatics and vegetables and prepare a potato focaccia with tender potatoes included in the mix.
