WHAT YOU’LL DO

Practice essential knife skills in this hands-on cooking class covering culinary fundamentals.
Professional chefs understand the importance of mastering knife skills, and you'll learn why in this cooking class. A seasoned instructor will guide you through the fundamentals of dicing and slicing while teaching you how to prepare a seasonal menu of classic dishes.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
