WHAT YOU’LL DO

Inspired by the best flavors of the Mediterranean learn how to make a well-rounded menu.
During this cooking class, you'll learn how to make an authentic Mediterranean meal from scratch. Based on a combination of flavors from Spain, Greece, France and beyond, you'll explore why Mediterranean food is so unique and tasty. You'll learn proper techniques to achieve the right flavors.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
