Cooking Class - French Croissant Masterclass

What You’ll Do

Create the creme de la creme of French breakfast pastries in this croissant class.

Learn how to fold and roll butter into your croissant dough to achieve the perfect lamination. A five-star chef will share their tips and tricks to help you create croissants that are fit for a Parisienne bakery. Once you have mastered the dough, experiment with sweet and savory flavor variations of this iconic French pastry.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.

The class was perfect! The instructor was excellent, we had hands on learning, and the experience was wonderful. Signing up through cozymeal was iffy because the location wasn't posted until after I signed up and the instructor was different than advertised, but it was still a great class

Had a great time learning how to make croissants. Maggie is a great teacher! And the croissants and morning buns were delicious!
