WHAT YOU’LL DO

This gourmet class is the perfect setting for a romantic New Year's Eve meal.
Bring in the new year with luxurious, seasonal flavors in this hands-on New Year's Eve cooking class. Led by an esteemed chef, you'll learn how to prepare a tasteful Steak Diane, served with a brandy Dijon cream as your eye-catching main course. You'll also make an elegant serving of truffle mashed potatoes, blinis with gravlax and crème fraîche and a dark chocolate soufflé for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
