Learn the ABCs of cooking with seafood, exploring its unique flavors and fish cooking essentials.

During this engaging cooking class with Chef Brandon, you’ll have a blast as you learn all the techniques to achieve the right flavor profiles and make exquisite dishes focused on seafood delicacies.

Begin by slicing ahi tuna fish, avocado and cucumbers for a smoked ahi tuna stack with edamame. Next, Chef Brandon will show you how to expertly prepare Chilean sea bass with mirin butter sauce, and fry rice with scallions and sesame oil. For dessert, grill brioche bread with a decadent miso caramel sauce topped with ginger-infused ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
