WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn old-school techniques to make a hearty menu inspired by the best flavors of France.
During this engaging cooking class, a top-rated chef will teach you to prepare a traditional French menu from scratch. You’ll learn how to make homemade French onion soup with slow-braise onions and delicious cheese. You’ll also cook a perfectly roasted chicken covered in tarragon cream sauce, and for dessert, create dreamy profiteroles with chocolate.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
