Infuse some flavor into the holiday season during this engaging cooking class. Craft authentic tamales with the help of a chef instructor. Learn the recipe to make masa from scratch. Then, make two fillings with shredded pork and creamy cheese and two flavorful sauces. Mexican hot chocolate will warm you from the inside.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
