After receiving a degree in culinary arts, Chef Amy went on to work as a private chef and in catering services, but says teaching is where her heart is. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Discover one of Europe's most intriguing fusion cuisines in this chef-led culinary experience.
Immerse yourself in Portugal's rich culinary heritage in this cooking class led by a world-class chef. Discover how ingredients and techniques from Africa, France, and Spain have merged to create a uniquely delicious cuisine. You'll learn to craft popular Portuguese dishes like spiced piri piri chicken, crispy potato croquettes and indulgent custard tarts.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
