WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn the secrets behind baking buttery, flaky croissants.
In this hands-on cooking workshop led by a professional chef, you'll master the skills to expertly layer buttery dough and achieve a beautifully golden and tender pastry, every time. You'll begin by honing your laminated dough technique to create traditional croissants, then expand your repertoire by incorporating a variety of sweet and savory fresh ingredients.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
