Make your holiday table a festive display with a bГ»che de noГ«l cake in this cooking class. Create a delicate sponge from scratch and whip up an Italian buttercream with the warm flavors of coffee and chocolate. Then, learn the magic of assembling a roulade, a rolled cake with a creamy spiral filling. Finish with a frosted exterior decorated with marzipan pine cones and sugared cranberries.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
