Handcraft the classic flavors of Italy in this interactive cooking class where Chef Mary Jane will teach you the time-honored secrets to making four incredible Italian recipes from scratch.

First, learn how to combine eggplant, onions and tomatoes with fresh olive oil for caponata. Next, grill a juicy steak to perfection and serve with tomatoes and balsamic, and prepare polenta with cornmeal, porcini mushrooms and salty Parmesan. Finish by making an indulgent semi-frozen espresso-infused dessert topped with creamy mascarpone and crispy butter cookies.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
