Get hands-on experience preparing beloved Italian dishes to add to your kitchen repertoire.

Transport yourself to the kitchen in an Italian villa as you're guided through classic cooking techniques to prepare an array of delectable traditional dishes.

Begin by making wonderfully spicy Sicilian arancini made with risotto and Calabrian chile peppers, fried to golden perfection, and slice and season eggplant to accompany traditional caprese salad ingredients like mozzarella and tomatoes. Then, mix together potato pasta dough to make fluffy gnocchi topped with herby homemade pesto. End your class with a surprisingly simple yet delicious panna cotta sweetened with honey.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My girlfriend and I had the best time celebrating her birthday with a rustic Italian cooking class in Chef Mariana’s beautiful kitchen! Such a comfortable, fun environment with a gorgeous view of the river. We will absolutely be back for a sushi class!!

Mariana was super sweet and informative. I really enjoyed the dishes that we made. We made so much spaghetti that we were too full to even make it to dessert!
