Discover the techniques to build classic Korean dishes completely from scratch.

Authentic, homemade Korean recipes will be right at your fingertips when you learn from Chef Sarah how to cook each dish using fresh ingredients and smart cooking techniques.

Start with a tofu soup with shrimp and fresh vegetables, otherwise known as doenjang-jjigae. Then, learn how to cook up beef short ribs in a spicy bulgogi sauce with steamed rice and sweet pickled cucumbers infused with red chili flakes. For dessert, make a delightful shaved ice treat with sweet condensed milk and strawberries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
