This interactive cooking class with Chef Alberto is a perfect introduction to the essentials of French bistro dining. You'll learn how to combine simple ingredients using elevated techniques that take your culinary skills to the next level.
Your lesson starts with classic foie gras, softly seasoned with fleur de sel and served on crisp toast slices. Then, you'll top hard-boiled eggs with fresh mayonnaise made from scratch, flavored with mustard and topped with delicate pearls of salmon roe. You'll also make traditional beef tartare, paired with a fresh green salad, and cook up delicate crГЄpe Suzettes for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
