You’ll feel like you’re in Paris while creating the rich flavors of classic French cuisine.
French cuisine is considered one of the finest in the world and you can learn basic techniques in this engaging cooking class with Chef Eric, who will guide you through a gourmet menu featuring classics from France.
To start, you'll mix an endive salad topped with sweet apples, crunchy walnuts and tangy blue cheese. For the main course, learn how to perfectly cook a juicy steak and French fries, whip up hollandaise sauce and prepare authentic ratatouille with fresh squash, peppers and tomatoes. For dessert, make dreamy traditional cream puffs.

In our demo, Eric cooked some baby carrots and roasted bell peppers with hummus and a dressing. Everything was clearly explained and the final product looked fantastic. He has worked in Michelin star restaurants and that shows in everything he does. He clearly explained the principles of what he was doing and even why the carrots were different colours all while continuing to cook. Awesome chef.
