Join this cooking class to explore some of the Mediterranean’s finest cuisine. You’ll learn new kitchen skills as Chef Alex teaches you delightful ways to use authentic ingredients.
First, assemble a colorful Greek salad featuring fresh vegetables, creamy feta and a tangy vinaigrette. Then, prepare classic chicken souvlaki with velvety tzatziki sauce and perfectly crisped falafel. You’ll also learn the techniques to make smooth hummus with just the right amount of flavor and to grill your own flatbread. For dessert, make a rich rice pudding spiced with cinnamon.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He also volunteers with Denver Housing Authority by helping create their cooking program. With experience in various concept kitchens, his skill set is vast and varied. Add to this expertise a passion for helping others cook, and Chef Alex has the perfect recipe for delicious kitchen success!
