Cooking Class - Authentic Pasta Making

What You’ll Do

Learn how to take fresh ingredients and transform them into handcrafted pasta.

Pasta really does taste better when it's crafted by hand, and in this engaging cooking class, Chef Jennifer will teach you the art of pasta making using fresh ingredients to create different kinds of pasta and sauces.

To start, you'll make a frittata with savory pancetta and crisp bell peppers and asparagus. Then, learn the basics of pasta making to create fettuccine and ravioli. You'll toss the fettuccini in homemade tomato sauce and stuff the ravioli with a three-cheese blend. Finish with a frozen Italian treat: Fresh fruit granita with simple syrup.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jennifer is wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cooking. She is a great teacher and kept us engaged the entire time while we learned new techniques. It was so much fun and I highly recommend all of her classes!
